Dr. Steven is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. He has vast experience in Commercial Transactions, Conveyancing, Employment and Labour Relations, Immigration, Family Law and Criminal Law over 5+ years in legal practice. Dr. Steven Ngesa holds a PhD in Medicine and a PhD in Law (International Law and Human Rights), a Master of Medicine (Neurosurgery), a Master of Laws in International Law & Human Rights (University of Kent), and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also holds an MA in Economics and Mathematics, MBChB, LLB, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was featured in the 2022 Business Daily Top 40 under 40 and described as a "highly rated Lawyer." He was team Leader when the firm was awarded Runners-up, SME Law Firm of the Year at the Nairobi Legal Awards in 2022 and 2025. Dr. Steven is a licensed medical practitioner, member of the American Psychological Association, the Economic Association of Kenya, and the World Triathlon Association, and serves as Counsel to the Kenya Triathlon Federation. He has been appointed to the Executive Board of the World Health Organization (WHO). His main areas of practice are Litigation (Arbitration Tribunals and Kenyan Judiciary—contract, construction, IP, succession, matrimonial, criminal, employment, negotiable instruments) and Commercial Transactions (commercial contracts, corporate restructurings, due diligence, banking, finance, insurance, employment, land transactions).
