Dr. Steven Ngesa
Partner
Dr. Steven Ngesa is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths, and Notary Public with over five years experience in legal practice. His expertise spans litigation and commercial transactions, including contracts, employment and labour relations, construction, intellectual property, banking and finance, corporate restructurings, and land transactions.
He holds a PhD in Law (International Law and Human Rights), an LLM from the University of Kent, an MA in Economics and Mathematics, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Dr. Ngesa is a Member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), a Member of the Kenyan Psychological Association, and an Associate Member affiliated with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) under the Law Society of England and Wales.
He was recognized in the 2022 Business Daily Top 40 Under 40 and led the firm to Runners-up, SME Law Firm of the Year at the Nairobi Legal Awards in 2022 and 2025.
